Parental leave possibilities

  • Maternity leaveMaternity leave 16 weeks + 3 weeks (as a second child, multiple births, ...) + 4 weeks (breastfeeding)
  • Paternity leave 6 days

Other forms of leave

  • Leave for sick child up to 10 years of age is 7 days/year – with medical certificate
  • With the agreement of your hierarchy

    Parental leave 3 months
    Saved leave –up to 22 days/year
    Reduced working hours (90% - 50%)
    Work at home –1 day / week
    Special leave

Child-care facilities

  • Kindergarten
  • Crèche (in partnership with Meyrin, planned to open Autumn 2008 )
